Over nine months we will move into the “heart” laboratory. Where we will experiment with the enneagram in an embodied and emotionally engaged way. Each month we will use different awareness practices to explore each of the defense mechanisms that can keep us from growing.

This group gathers in person in Winnipeg. Anyone wishing to attend from outside of Winnipeg can join through Zoom.
