Whispers of Mystery

Spiritual direction/companionship is like a reverent bow to life and to beauty. It is a dance of being led and moved, ever so gently, by the Spirit. It is about holy listening and bearing witness to body, mind and spirit with a Spiritual Companion. It is my joy and privilege to accompany you on your sacred journey.

I am here to listen to you and to bear witness to your life, life experiences, questions, curiosity and feelings. Through my background of energy balancing modalities of Reiki and BodyTalk, and my own life experiences, I have learned the importance of listening to the wisdom of the body and of the interconnection of body, mind and spirit.

In our sessions together, we will meet life with all its Mystery- in the deep, at the edges or somewhere in between. We will follow the lead of the Spirit and embrace the wisdom of embodiment – the wholeness being.

I walk with whoever is interested in spiritual companionship, in delving into the Holy Mystery, in honouring all that life holds.

I am particularly involved in companioning those who are facing death and dying and their families.

I also help to co create and lead retreat sessions with your faith community, congregation, groups, friends...

We each have grace to offer this world. It is my passion to journey together to welcome this invitation!

I offer a free 15-minute session. This will be a time to introduce ourselves and it is an opportunity to begin to consider/discern if we continue to work together.

Most of my sessions are via Zoom. If you live in Toronto, I offer walking sessions on Saturdays.
