The second half of our life can be a time of rich spiritual and personal growth – a time that can bring gifts not available in earlier decades.

But many of us find the changes, losses, and letting go that come with aging, difficult and disorienting. There are times when we may yearn for a safe space to talk about these challenges and find new understanding, guidance, and vision for this new chapter.

In my own spiritual journey as an “elder-in-the-making,” spiritual direction has been (and still is!) the safe harbour where I grapple with the deeper questions of my heart. Who am I, now? What is mine to do? Through the gift of compassionate presence, deep listening, and the inspiration of Spirit, I’ve connected with my soul’s compass which guides me in the Mystery of aging toward new purpose, passion, and joy.

As a spiritual director and spiritually based coach, I love bringing this to others. I am passionate about accompanying people 55-plus who feel the call to ‘something more.’ Together we explore aging as a spiritual path: healing the past, distilling our wisdom, cultivating the ‘being’ of a radiant wise elder, embracing our mortality, identifying new potentials for growth and service, and creating a meaningful legacy that is our gift to the future.

I work with people worldwide and offer private sessions by telephone or Zoom. I also facilitate online gatherings such as The Possibility of Age: Discover Aging as a Spiritual Path and Sage-ing Circles.

What do I bring to this? First and foremost, my own explorations of conscious aging for over 15 years, and a life-long spiritual practice. As well, I bring 25 years’ experience as a life direction and business coach, empowering people in discerning their life direction and developing a fulfilling work expression (VisionWorkCoaching.com). A few years ago, I deepened into spiritual direction and completed the Pacific Jubilee SoulGuiding program in 2020, and became a Certified Sage-ing Leader through Sage-ing International in 2021.
