Sonya Bolek

I have been a passionate Facilitator of the Labyrinth for over 18 years; I hold positions within the Labyrinth Society Inc. and am a Veriditas Certified Labyrinth Facilitator.

As a Spiritual Life Guide and Artist of Sacred Practices, I offer life balance courses, workshops and retreats that are inspired by finding sanctuary within oneself drawing upon creativity and the wisdom of the labyrinth and designing practices that suit each individual. Having moved from Ontario, Canada to New Zealand, I am now on a mission to live a fuller and more simple life connected to nature and Spirit.
