Anu Osborne

 Anu has an inter-disciplinary background with experience as a business owner, lawyer, mediator, coach and spiritual director. Her spiritual belief system is also inter-disciplinary and incorporates the wisdom teachings of many spiritual traditions.

 Anu has bachelor’s degrees in Law and in Science and a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She holds Enneagram-based Coaching and Spiritual Direction Certifications. She studied the Enneagram with Carl Ann Gotch and David Walsh for over 20 years. She is a graduate of Prairie Jubilee and serves on Prairie Jubilee’s Contemplative Council.

 Anu offers deep coaching, counsel, mentorship and training suited to a wide range of individuals and organizations. She guides and supports those who want to transform their understanding of themselves, their potential and their deeper purpose. Her approach blends spiritual direction, presence-based practices, the wisdom of the Enneagram and evidence-based techniques from fields such as behavioural science, psychology and neuroscience.
