In times of immense uncertainty and destruction, of failing systems and rampant fear, we hear the story of a child born of its mother.
This Advent the question begs – how must we attend to life, not just in the pain, sorrow and suffering we experience but in the very eye of the tumult and chaos. Who shall lead us?
Birthing and dying continue daily. Even in times such as we are experiencing today, we have the power to continue creating something new and unseasoned – something that will transform in life. Advent asks such questions.
We will attend our processes, sharpen and hone them into living experiences of meaningful human endeavour. We will follow the law of creation, the ‘’new” thing, through the enneagram. In the process of 1-4-2-8-5-7 we will deepen what needs to happen within us to restore human dignity as a celebration of life.
This event is offered through the Inscapes Centre for Enneagram Studies.
The cost for this event is what you can afford: $150 or $100 + GST
Carol Ann Gotch is a spiritual director, teacher and workshop facilitator. A student of the enneagram since 1976, it is foundational in all her work. She holds a Masters in Spirituality from the University of California, Berkeley, and is involved in pastoral team-work as well as the role of adviser for the Prairie Jubilee Program. Since 2016 Carol Ann has lived at Touchstone, a house of prayer and spiritual retreat, where she devotes much of her time to prayer and writing.
