All my life as a lover of God, I have learned just how precious our spiritual journey is. Although I worked for a church for most of my life, I must say, the many years of intense prayer, spiritual reading, education in church world as well as Spiritual Direction have taken me to an appreciation for the Mystical path of understanding God; WE ARE ONE. One with God, one with each other; no one excluded, non-denominational, interreligious, one with all.

 My spiritual journey started very young. I spent my early years as an Anglican. In my teens I was introduced to the Catholic faith. I started working for the church, first as a Music Minister and then as an Ecclesial Minister. (Youth Ministry first then Adult Ministry; giving retreats and doing Social Justice work) My 41 years of experience in the church gave me a keen understanding of the complex feelings and emotions my directees have around faith.

My prayer practice is extremely important to me. I carve out time daily and throughout the day to pray and meditate. I am the founder of ‘All Creation, Mission of Love, Mystical Community.’ This is a prayer community with outreach to the marginalized needy. The group is interdenominational, interreligious and inclusive. We have in person as well as online prayer meetings and incorporate praise and worship with contemplative meditation.

Spiritual Direction/Companionship is a beautiful relationship, one that is life giving and fosters trust and deep connection. I offer Spiritual Direction on Zoom, Skype, phone or in person.
