 I have training as a massage therapist and craniosacral therapist for both people and animals, a Social Worker-focusing on Grief Support, and Spiritual Director/Companion. These different fields have given me the gift of being able to connect with people and animals on many different levels and have shown me that true healing happens on a deep soul and spiritual level.  I believe that we all have the answers we are searching for inside us and our own ability to heal and grow.

Through deep listening and guidance, I provide a space for one to connect, feel and hear Spirit/God. It is at this place where clarity, healing, and growth can take place and we are encouraged and supported with staying true to our own unique path. It would be an honor to hold space for you and your journey. I offer Spiritual Direction sessions in person, over the phone, or online.
