As a Spiritual Companion

I am a spiritual director and companion, life coach, fellow journeyer and seeker. I am a steward of sacred space and hearts, while exploring a loving relationship with the Divine.
My spiritual journey has carried me down many different paths, which helps me stay present and supportive to where people are on their own journey. I was raised in the Christian faith and at a very early age felt drawn to eastern and indigenous traditions. Nature was, and is, where I feel closest to God. The awe and wonder of nature opened my heart and senses to the magic of the universe and spirit. I am currently co-creating the greatest love story of my life with the Divine by staying anchored in faith, hope and love.

I believe that everyone has their own story and everyone’s walk with the Divine is uniquely sacred. There is a Divine source of Love, and that source of Love is always present. Some of our greatest life lessons come from our deepest tragedies and heartbreaks and the Divine is at the centre waiting to welcome us home and help us heal. We are loved, always.

My offering to you is one of deep listening, compassion, gentleness, sacred space and an open and loving heart. I will help create awareness and presence to what is longing to be held and nurtured. My deepest desire is that you find and explore the sacred space within. That you discover an inner peace and joy and become a loving steward of what is most important to you. That you may explore and deepen a loving relationship with yourself and the Holy, however you see and name that.
