Through the Green Door: Experiencing Plant Life Communication

Through the Green Door: Experiencing Plant Life Communication

ONLINE WORKSHOP SERIES: with Rosemary Dzus

3 Sundays, May 7th, July 9th, Sept. 10th, 2023

“The world is full of magical things, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper.”
- W. B. Yeats

Join Rosemary Dzus on a journey of exploration in communicating with the world of plants.  Whether you are simply intrigued by the idea, or have received messages from plants, this workshop series is for you.   It is a time in the world when it is becoming more and more important for us to refine and expand our spiritual lives and deepen our sense of connection to our surroundings, including plants.  They are waiting for us to open to their wisdom.

Come and explore the potential and practice of plant communication.  Over three sessions, through meditation and experiential work, we will seek out the green friends in our midst, and see what they might have to say to us.

Workshops will take place on Zoom.  We will be working with commonly known plants. Please ensure that you have a green space that you can visit during these sessions.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:  A journal, a sketchbook, pencil or pen, sharpener, and a gift for the plant (tobacco, cornmeal, water are all good).

Rosemary Dzus, a recent graduate of the Prairie Jubilee program, and a student of the Enneagram since 1990, has had a life-long interest and fascination with plants. She has studied plants at both an academic and practical level, through Environmental Studies and herbalism, and has come to the realization that they are not bunches of insentient green matter, but rather have an intelligence and ways to communicate with us.
