Each space on the enneagram not only opens us to our compulsed human behaviour, It also reveals a step in our development as human beings. Our work in this life is to become more aware of our journey, accept our place in it, and respond to the world in a way that enables our humanness to be fully realized.
At a deeper level we hear the call to grow into more than our busy society shows us, but first we must reveal who we have been sent here to be. Our authentic self awaits -- body, soul and spirit. As we journey, the Karma of each enneagram space will affirm our work.

Over three evenings we will explore the nine steps of becoming a more conscious human being and what that means for our planet at a time when the planet needs us most.

Dale Bially has worked extensively with the enneagram in his professional and personal life since 1993. Under the guidance of my mentors Carol Ann Gotch and David Walsh (students of Bob Ochs), he completed the Enntrain: Inspirited and Embodied Enneagram training program in 2012 and began teaching workshops and study groups with Inscapes Centre for Enneagram Studies. In 2012 he began working with the leadership team of Prairie Jubilee, to train spiritual directors and help other seekers find the truth of whom they are and how to live differently making our world a better place.
